Figures you enter in calculators

The calculators run entirely in your browser. The figures you enter are not sent to our servers. Your browser may store them on your own device so they are there next time. Remove them with "Reset sample" or by clearing your browser's site data.

Waiting list

When you join the waiting list we store your email address, the radars you chose and the time of sign-up. The legal basis is your consent. We use the data only to tell you when radars open, and delete it on request or after two years at the latest.

Email alerts

When you save a Tender Radar search as an email alert we store your email address, the filters you chose and the time of sign-up. We first send a confirmation link; an unconfirmed alert is deleted after seven days. The legal basis is your consent. Every alert email has an unsubscribe link that deletes the saved search immediately. Emails are sent through Cloudflare.

Cookies and analytics

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We may use cookieless Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not identify individual visitors.

Where data is processed

The site and waiting list run on Cloudflare. Cloudflare acts as our processor under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can access, correct and delete your data and withdraw your consent. Send your request to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.
